Review
When I did my article on DOOM, I originally had a much longer first draft, although with a little thought, I realized that one part of the game deserved a little more attention than I would have given it had it remained in the review article.
Now, I do not have the most experience in video games, but I have been doing my fair share of PC-gaming recently. I might be a little late to the party on this particular big name, but I want to share my thoughts on it because I thoroughly enjoy the new DOOM.
My free time in recent months has been eaten by an early-release game on Steam called Space Engineers. What is S.E. you ask? I’m glad you brought that up!
As an avid Minecraft player (and crafty/creative person in general), I love to build things. In MC though, those things are just static. Many times I’ve wanted to build a cart or big boat or space ship and have it be able to fly around.
So, I’m pretty much the most horrible weekly blogger ever. I’ll get better…or worse, no one really knows. 😉
So, I had the opportunity to play a fun little game called Escape: The Curse of the Temple. It’s pretty much a co-op dice rolling game that lasts 10 minutes. No more, no less. The premise is that you and your friends are adventurers exploring a temple. You use dice rolls to determine your exploration by rolling certain symbols to unlock a new room tile.
